  • How does the payment process work?
After you select a plan, you are taken to the create user screen where you can fill in your name and desired user name and password. Alternatively, you can login with an existing account as well. Then you are taken to the checkout page. After your payment has been completed, you can gain unlimited access to all of our themes.
  • Which payment types do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal. All payments are handled through PayPal using PayPal subscriptions.

 

  • How to download?
After your payment has been completed, you can start downloading instantly. Just login to access the Member Download Area.
  • Do you limit the number of templates I can download?
During the term of your membership you can download as many templates as often as you like. For all basic memberships the number of domains you can use the templates on is limited by the type of subscription you subscribe to.
  • How Often Are Themes Updated?
We update our themes any time we discover a bug or there is a new feature that we feel should be added. View our changelog to check the latest version.
